By accessing or using Raxvor, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the service. These Terms work together with Raxvor’s Community Guidelines, Safety page, and Privacy Policy.

Your responsibilities and Raxvor’s platform rules.

Using Raxvor

  • You must use Raxvor lawfully, responsibly, and consistently with these Terms, Community Guidelines, Safety policies, and applicable law.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs through your account.
  • You may not use Raxvor to harm, exploit, deceive, harass, impersonate, spam, manipulate, or violate the rights of others.

User content and responsibilities

  • You are responsible for content you create, upload, publish, message, stream, or otherwise share through Raxvor.
  • You should only share content you have the right to share and must respect intellectual property, privacy, publicity, and other rights.
  • Raxvor may review, remove, restrict, or preserve content where needed for safety, policy enforcement, legal compliance, or platform integrity.

Platform rules

  • Do not post illegal, exploitative, hateful, harassing, sexually abusive, deceptive, fraudulent, or spam content.
  • Do not attempt to access accounts, systems, data, or features without authorization.
  • Do not interfere with service operation, abuse automation, scrape at scale, manipulate engagement, or bypass safety systems.

Coins, payments, and paid features

  • Where Raxvor offers coins, purchases, or paid features, availability and rules may vary by product, location, and provider.
  • You are responsible for reviewing purchase details before confirming a transaction.
  • Payment issues should be reported to support@raxvor.com with relevant receipt and account context.

Account actions and enforcement

  • Raxvor may remove content, reduce visibility, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or take other action when necessary.
  • Enforcement decisions may consider severity, repetition, intent, harm, legal risk, and platform integrity.
  • Severe violations involving child safety, exploitation, threats, fraud, or illegal conduct may result in immediate account action.

Termination

  • You may stop using Raxvor at any time and may request account deletion by contacting support@raxvor.com.
  • Raxvor may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, or use the service in a harmful or unlawful way.
  • Some obligations, rights, and limitations may survive termination where necessary for legal, safety, or operational reasons.

Service changes

  • Raxvor may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves.
  • The service may not always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
  • Raxvor may update these Terms and will make updated terms available through the website or product experience.

Limitation of liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raxvor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
  • Raxvor is not responsible for user-generated content, user conduct, third-party services, or events outside reasonable control.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.
